Billing & subscription
Cancel, review, or update your subscription using the provider that billed you. These controls remain available even if another part of Burn Board is having trouble.
Your OTF import connection is separate from billing. An OTF sync or login problem cannot start, extend, or prevent cancellation of a Burn Board subscription.

Paid on burnboard.app
Web subscriptions are managed securely by Stripe. Sign in with your Burn Board account, then open the portal to cancel, view invoices, or update payment details.
If you are signed out, we’ll take you to sign in and return you here.
Paid through Apple
App Store subscriptions and trials must be canceled through your Apple ID. This direct link opens Apple’s subscription management screen.

You can also open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your Apple device.
Still not sure which provider billed you?
Billing support can confirm the account path and help if the portal does not open. Include the email used for Burn Board, but never send a password or full card number.
